2024 In Numbers
2024 ✨
This year was all about believing in myself while being bold and brave. No one cheered louder than the 2023 version of me— she knew it would be hard work, would bring on lots of pain but she trusted it would open up a vault filled with joy. It’s hard work to love yourself unconditionally; it takes a lot of discipline and determination but self-love is the only way to attract the life you want and deserve. Pushing yourself to new heights comes with the highest highs and the lowest lows, but she understood how much courage it takes to navigate it all. I know I made her so proud.

FEW OF MY 2024 HIGHLIGHTS
Mount Baker
After missing my sub-1h goal by .17 seconds in 2023, I was hungry for more this year. The feeling of fully committing to your goal, no matter what, and being in a very deep place mentally and emotionally while at it, is a feeling I simply cannot get enough of. Super proud of my leggies on this one, but even more proud of my mind for being able to push way beyond what I thought I was capable of 🥹

Tour de West Vancouver
What stemmed from trying to do something even more silly than 𝘉𝘰𝘸𝘦𝘯 𝘐𝘴𝘭𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘔𝘢𝘯 but in our own backyard; here we were going up and down the streets of West Vancouver in search of the most elevation we could find… in the least amount of distance. Tour de Burnaby Heights++
One thing about me; I’m obsessed with climbing. It’s truly my favourite, ever. So obviously when you live in the hills; you try to find ways to get that perfect distance elevation ratio… and turn the idea into a #BigDumbRide. Notice a trend here? This was also the first time I bonked, and that truly was a 0/10 🤡

DIY STP
I’m really not a big fan of flat routes in the valley… but when it’s a faaaaaaast as f*ck one where you gotta battle your internal demons in order to stick to the wheels to avoid being in no man’s land so you get that burger in the boonies you were promised— SIGN ME UP 😮💨

Whistler GranFondo: Forte
While the course and vibes were immaculate; being able to show up in a big way and represent the 9% of female at the start line was the biggest win for me. MORE WOMEN ON START LINES IN 2025 👏🏻
